Prepare the Package
Place the electronic device in its original packaging with all included accessories and manuals to ensure a valid return process.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once our technicians inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new replacement within 3-5 business days.
